The French Club is open to all students of all levels interested in French language and culture. It is a conversational group, but also provides help to students who may need help in their French language studies. Practice in the language and exploration in the culture is developed through conversation and social outings, including an end of the semester Potluck (Le Repas) and Induction ceremony for the local chapter of our French National Honor Society, an affiliated association for French majors and minors. For first year French students, the club also fulfills the “10 required activities” requisite. Meetings are weekly and on campus (Centennial Hall 220) on Thursdays (le jeudi), 5p-6pm.
