The Arabic program is now one of the best and strongest programs in Texas. To join the program you must be willing to commit to the language and work hard. The language is hard but doable if you put in the time and effort. There are already thousands of American students studying it across the United States. As an instructor of the course, I do not tolerate students coming late to class, missing classes and not submitting homework on time. To maintain high standards for the course, daily homework is required from all the students in different levels. If you feel you can not rise up to the challenge of taking Arabic, please consider taking an easy language. (Adios amigos)

So make sure that you are:

1. Always on time for the class.

2. Not Missing class unless it is absolutely necessary. I have heard all the excuses for missing classes.

3. Putting the maximum time and effort in the language.

4. Doing the homework and submitting it on time.

5. Being An active member in your group.

The only students that drop the course are the slackers. If you are NOT, then you are more than welcome to join. If you are aiming at getting an A, then you need to work for it.
